Taste Bistro in Gran Canaria is looking for a dedicated and service-minded Waiter/Waitress to join our international team.

Taste Bistro is a modern restaurant offering international cuisine with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

We are located oceanfront with a fantastic sea view in the charming fishing village of Arguineguín, Mogán municipality.

Our mission is to provide guests with excellent food, professional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and a smile.
• Present menus and recommend food and beverages
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests in a friendly manner
• Operate the cash register and process payments
• Support opening and closing routines and, when required, reconcile the cash register
• Work with the company’s digital POS system, intranet, and booking system
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Collaborate with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required – the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate comfortably in spoken English. Spanish, Scandinavian languages, and other languages are highly valued
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during high season
• Commitment to a drug-free working environmenT.
• Clean and tidy appearance, wearing the company’s required uniform at all times
• Required documentation to work in Spain is necessary. We can assist EU citizens with the application process.
